"Bob called me shortly after my query for a plumber and had availability to send someone out immediately. My toilet was leaking, Joey was able to replace the seal, test it out and checked with the occupants below me for any additional leakage. He wore shoe covers, was timely and worked quickly. I tried to prep the area by clearing out any belongings that might have been in the way. Overall, in and out in an hour with minimal issues."

They took the time to understand what we wanted. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, although they ran into a few plumbing issues which caused a delay in finishing in two days, Eric Sokol the General Manager explained the issue and he and Sal the installer worked diligently to adjust and complete the installation. At all times, Eric and Sal were courteous, respectful of my home, and paid attention to every detail. My new bathroom looks beautiful, modern, and feels like a completely new space. "The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."
