I don’t usually write reviews. But I wanted to share my experience with Nu-Face. I had several companies out for quotes on my project. I really enjoyed working with Joe(owner) who came out to price job. Thought the negotiation process and price was competitive and fair. When the job was installed the crew worked all day for 3 days. They were very professional did a fantastic job and went above and beyond on a certain part of my job. They did a great job with clean up. Found some nails and screws but otherwise did great. Overall I am extremely pleased with the way the siding came out. It was a complete transformation of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend Nu-Face.

The Nu Face team is outstanding. From the initial visit through the installation and cleanup. Everything was done as promised and the result is beautiful. I highly recommend Nu Face and will use them again

Excellent company to work with. They communicate in a timely manner throughout the whole project. Scott also installed a new storm door for us and also replaced our new siding that was damaged by the storm door being broken. He is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company.

We had windows replaced and could not be happier! Brad and Rick from NuFace were very professional and courteous. Their work is second to none! They worked non-stop even when it started raining. They took out and discarded the old windows. They installed the new windows, calking and flashing. My wife was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful job that was done. We recommend Brad, Rick and NuFace to EVERYONE that is looking to have new windows installed!

I recently had a new walk-in shower installed. The crew who did the installation, Mike and Marty, were totally professional and courteous. These guys removed my old tub and tiles, added framing, insulation, and mold resistant drywall, with all new plumbing fixtures, and had the job done in two days. The end result is exactly what I expected. There were no flaws and no leaks, the trim was precise and the shower came out absolutely perfect. when the job was finished, the crew cleaned up to the point where you wouldn’t even notice they were here. Thanks, Mike and Marty for doing a perfect job. I will definitely use Nu-Face for any future projects. Joe-Middletown

I had 2 bathtub/shower replacements installed. I I Everyone was easy to work with starting with Anthony to Alfredo and his crew. Alfredo and his crew not only did a wonderful job on the tear down and install but did a suburb job in the clean up at the end. We are very happy.

When we walked into the showroom, my husband and I knew NU FACE would be perfect for our bathroom updates. They didn’t disappoint. From meeting with the sales technician (Anthony) and then when the installers Mike and Marty arrived to complete the renovations, the outcome was just spectacular. Mike and Marty were timely, professional and just good natured. We have absolutely no regrets. Although the wait time for the installation was long, the final product was amazing.

I had a fantastic experience working with Junior?s crew from Nu-Face Home Improvement for a vinyl siding job at my New Britain property. They gave a reasonable price for the job, and were extremely professional in their execution, with multiple workers on site, clear communication via my dedicated project manager on timelines and top-notch workmanship. At the end of the job, we met on site for a final punch list which was promptly completed. They did a great job cleaning up the job site once completed. I look forward to working with them in the future, and highly recommend them for any siding jobs!

An absolute pleasure to deal with! Even though my project was small I was made to feel important and valued. The communication was exceptional. There was an unexpected problem with my wall while preparing to install the windows…there was no delay, the issue was resolved and my windows were installed the same day. There was also follow-up communication after job completion. There was no pressure and I couldn’t be happier. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Nu-face for any future jobs!

NuFace removed my old aluminum siding and replaced with vinyl siding, looks beautiful. They also replaced my roof and gutters and downspouts. The house looks like brand new and I have gotten compliments on it from every neighbor on the street! The teams were fantastic. On time, clean, polite, excellent workmanship! Couldn't be happier with the end results!

Mike and Marty did a great job on my bathroom remodel. They were able to successfully complete my project in spite of the unexpected obstacles that often come up when working on an older home. I am very pleased with the work they did!

The whole bathroom remodeling experience with Nu-Face went flawlessly. The office staff worked with us every step of the way and the work was started and completed on time. The installers, Mike and Marty, were the best. We would definitely use Nu-Face for future home projects.

April update…. The roof was replaced and looks amazing. Thank you guys for all your time with this project. Highly recommended. Old roof pictures on top and bottom is the replacement roof.

What a beautiful shower we now have thanks to Nu-Face !!! We first met Anthony and Joe at the Berlin showroom. Biscuit - their cute dog - greeted us warmly as well. Anthony and Ted helped us with our selection of shower materials. My walls and shower match perfectly. Alfredo and his associate created our beautiful shower that looks like it belongs in a hotel. Alyssa - our project coordinator - answered all of our questions and helped us greatly along the way. We couldn't have picked a better family owned business for this project. Thank you for everything !!!!!

Nu-Face Home Improvements converted my tub to a shower in March 2025. From the sales person who came to my home (Sam in early Feb) to the demolition and installation/finishing team (Mike, Marty and Scott), this was a solid team and process that I came to trust. Added bonus: it took a lot less time from start to finish than i anticipated based on my initial conversation with Sam in Jan. Mike and Marty spent 2 long days (10+hrs each day) on this job. My bathroom was small but mighty. These gentleman tore out a solidly cemented tub and walls to ready it for the beauty that they installed the next day. They kept me updated when they hit milestones and always collaborated with me about shower features. After the job was complete, I noticed some caulking that needed going over. Scott came out and performed a seamless caulking job. If you are on the fence about having this work done, I suggest you do it. Nu-Face has phenomenal customer service and 100% accountability.

From the moment I contacted Nu-Face, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I needed 3 good sized windows replaced. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and most importantly, the job was done on a mobile home. Several firms that I contacted prior to learning about Nu-Face would not even consider the project. With Nu-Face, there were no questions asked, just the willingness to get the work done to my satisfaction. I will most certainly use them again.

We hired them to complete a bathroom project. They replaced my old shower with a new shower. The crew was amazing, they did an excellent job!

Reggie and his crew did an "excellent job" installing my siding. It only took two (2) days to complete and they were very professional. I also had a new picture window install that only took a half a day to complete. I would recommend NuFace to anyone looking to have this work done to their home.
