The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, although they ran into a few plumbing issues which caused a delay in finishing in two days, Eric Sokol the General Manager explained the issue and he and Sal the installer worked diligently to adjust and complete the installation. "very prompt when called. Met the owner and received a reasonable estimate along with a clear description of what needed to happen and an itemized list. The guy who actually did the job did it well but left a little bit of a mess I then had to clean up. Not bad at all though. replaced a toilet pipe and fixed an erroneous down grade on a shower drain for me about a year ago and everything is still going well!"

"The tub is wonderful! Installation of the tub was ok except for the widening of the bathroom door. The door trim was wrong and the door itself was not straight. The threshold was not installed at all. Paid an additional $700 to get the door rehung."
