He listened to what I wanted, provided a fair quote for a central A/C replacement (air handler and condenser), and never pressured me or tried to upsell. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself.
