"I cannot say enough positive things about this experience. I received quotes from at least 5 vendors for a new AC and mini split install. Everything from quote to instal went perfectly. Starting with the quote - Shane came in and from start to finish provided exceptional service. He answered all of my questions and was patient when I took my time making a decision. I want to emphasize that I waited 3-4 months and even after all that time he took time to get on a call, answered every email and even if I asked the same question over and over was still happy to give me the information I needed to make a decision. The install could not have been better. Brandon, Levi and Matt we on time every day, clean and all were happy to walk me through the process. They were respectful of my home, keeping it clean, making sure everything was done properly and you could see the pride they take in their work. Then instead of leaving on a Friday afternoon they wanted to make sure I completely understood the new system taking the time to show me everything and did research when I had additional question. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself.
