We walked through all vents to be cleaned and discussed the antimicrobial treatment. We had just bought the house and the ducts were never cleaned. They individually cleaned 24 vents and treated the system in just a little over 3 hours. They talked us through the whole process and showed plenty of before and after pictures. "It went very well. The problem was fixed completely. I'm very satisfied. I thought the problem was simply a defective pressure relief valve. Not the case - the problem was a water logged expansion tank. Joe drained the system, installed a new expansion tank, a new automatic water feed with back flow prevention, a new 30 psi pressure relief valve, and a new automatic air vent. All the replaced components were old, so it made good sense to me to replace them. Joe even installed shut-off valves on the water feed and expansion tank line so that if new the expansion tank ever becomes defective, it can be replaced without having to drain the system. When everything was installed, Joe refilled and purged the system and thoroughly tested it before leaving. I am completely satisfied with the worked performed. Excellent work and good value."

This was a fairly large job, seeing it was a Multi floor house with two independent systems running both upstairs and the main floor. They also explained to me how adding a heat pump system to the house would help make heating my house less expensive during fall and spring. They replaced the entire upstairs duct work and reconfigured the entire house to run balanced and efficient.
