From the moment Deena took our phone call till Rob and Ian arrived at our home and completed the work on-site, these incredibly talented and professional people did their job on time, as promised, with courtesy and knowledge and quickly identified and fixed both our heating and air conditioning issues that three other companies that we paid big money to in the past could not figure out. Their reasonable bill for quality work was another surprise. And they were COVID compliant and respectful with masks AND gloves which made us feel comfortable (as senior citizens) having them come into our home to do work."

He listened to what I wanted, provided a fair quote for a central A/C replacement (air handler and condenser), and never pressured me or tried to upsell. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. After doing my own research, I called him back with questions, and he took the time to walk through the pros and cons honestly. There was no sales pitch, I actually asked for a quote heat pump quote too, because I saw the benefits myself. "It went very well. The problem was fixed completely. I'm very satisfied. I thought the problem was simply a defective pressure relief valve. Not the case - the problem was a water logged expansion tank. Joe drained the system, installed a new expansion tank, a new automatic water feed with back flow prevention, a new 30 psi pressure relief valve, and a new automatic air vent. All the replaced components were old, so it made good sense to me to replace them. Joe even installed shut-off valves on the water feed and expansion tank line so that if new the expansion tank ever becomes defective, it can be replaced without having to drain the system. When everything was installed, Joe refilled and purged the system and thoroughly tested it before leaving. I am completely satisfied with the worked performed. Excellent work and good value."
