They did pump my tank very nicely, they were available when I needed them, and they were able to identify a problem immediately. However, what they meant by snaking the drain is that they could send another person out for an additional fee to snake the drain. I also found out AFTER the first payment/job that they had a military discount so that was a little disappointing, but I am very grateful that it was applied to the second payment/job."
