Everything was done perfectly and as explained very well. Kyle was very kind and professional! I was surprised at the amount it, yet Kyle gave me a 10% veteran discount and helped me out a lot overall.

My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!

The company sent someone out same day and was able to replace my sump pump same day to avoid any further flooding in my basement. Kyle wad very kind and fast.

Kyle and Marc were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. They understood what we are looking to do and were able to provide quotes immediately. We expect that we will contract with them for a new hot water heater or a tankless hot water heater. I expect that their work is as exemplary as their representatives are.

Everything went amazingly. Wayne and crew installed 5 heat/AC units with two compressors in a day! The workmanship quality is top notch, they explained everything start to finish, and units are working great. Just waiting for Joe the Plumber to add electrician, mechanic, and general contractor so we may have them do more work!

Matthew and Connor were very professional, informative, and respectful of our needs. Their workmanship is top notch and the entire experience was great. We will be using them for all needs plumbing.

July 2022. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Needed to install my old garbage disposal under my new sink. Quoted me $322 (holy s**t). And...they get a "walk in the door fee" of $89 for doing nothing. Total would be $411, a total rip off !!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I told him to leave after saying the price was obscene. They still got their ripoff fee of $89, I am so ******! Do yourself a big favor and call a local plumber who will give a fair and reasonable price and will NOT have the $89 ripoff fee!!! I think this is a franchise with a lot of overhead costs that get passed on to YOU. Call a local person and avoid this franchise operation. &^%&^%& ripoff!!

Tyler did an expert job in replacing the leaking pipe and we are very pleased with his work! We phoned Joe the Plumber and Tyler arrived at our home 1/2 hour later.

Gary diagnosed the problem with the toilet and fixed it in thirty minutes.

They were wonderful, whenever I had plumbing problems I used them.They were very reliable and they clean up after themselves.

First the positive--on Monday 1/13/20, they arrived on time, did good work, and their trip charge was $49. However, the big negative is their PRICE. They are very expensive. They installed my supplied 2 toilets and took away my old ones, installed my supplied kitchen faucet, and reinstalled my supplied garbage disposal. The total cost was $924, then provided a bundled discount of $150 for a final price of $774. It took almost exactly 3 hours, for an hourly rate of a little over $250 an hour. The outrageous charge was that EACH toilet was for $275, or $550 total. I have subsequently heard that the toilet charge is at least $150-$200 higher than others. Please check with other plumbers for more reasonable prices before hiring them.

They are a total rip off over 375.00 bucks for under a 15 minute job. Will NEVER have them in my home again and I am happy they are advertising costs them money. Till I die I WILL GIVE THEM NEGATIVE REVIEWS, will feature them on restaurant and community bill boards and negative word of mouth advertising will be awesome. Keep spending money Joe the Plumber just making sure you don' t rip anymore folks off.

Technicians were courteous and prompt and even called ahead to offer to fit us in earlier, which we accepted. Resolved the issue in a professional manner and made the inspection and provided an estimate that was well within the range of prices we had looked at from other sources. Work was done quickly and professionally, and the garbage disposal was repaired with no issues. Would definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs.

They are wonderful. The technician knew within minutes what the problem was and told me how to fix it. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I have referred them to a few friends.

Service was great, this is the second time we have used them for plumbing issues at the house and they have always been excellent. They got our mainline unclogged and water flowing through again. Very professional and informative, I would recommend them to anyone.

They gave us a two-hour window the next day, and they showed up on time. They had to go out to get what was needed, but the job was finished and solved our issue, within an hour. We highly recommend them and we will hire them again!

It went very well. This was not an easy problem. We had another plumbing company out a few times prior and could not find the source. Dylan and Shaq after a few options were exhausted found the source as a problem with a toilet flange. We are very appreciative of their work as this ended a long nightmare for us.

Quick replacement . I would definitely like to have received owners manual and paper receipt. I got nothing, they threw it out.

They came out and determined that the thermocoupling needed replacing. In the process of changing it out, it fired back up w/ the old thermocouple. They cleaned the old one and we determined that would solve the program. The heater worked for about 3 more weeks, and stopped working again. They came back over, no charge, found a loose connection and fixed it.

Everything went smoothly. Matt is excellent. He was early (okay with us), got right to work and did a fabulous job. Again, he was professional, but friendly. We are more than satisfied with Matt's work and with Joe The Plumber. We will definitely hire them for future work on our two bathrooms.
