"Hi, I'm sorry you felt that our prices were too high. Nearly all companies carry a service fee, even if you aren't aware of it. We like to be upfront about this, as well as the pricing for our work. Our technicians price jobs based on flat rate pricing and the cost of the job is given upfront to ensure our customers are aware of the costs before the job is even started. It can be difficult for a small business to offer pricing on the cheaper end of the spectrum. With our company comes quality customer service and work, and we stand behind our warranties. We do anything we can to help our customers. Our intentions are never to rip anyone off and we're truly sorry you thought that was what we were trying to do."
"[Member Name Removed], thank you for your review! We're so happy we were able to help you in a quick & professional manner. We look forward to working with you again!"
