After spending a year trying to get someone to remove a pile of dirt from our yard we found Jason at Jade Construction! Let me preface this by saying we had 3 out of about 20 contractors actually contact us and say they would give us a quote but never actually did and just completely ignored us. Jason not only has fair prices, kept in contact and provided a quote when he said he would, he also showed up on time and did the work at the quoted price! Highly recommend Jade Construction!

Jason was prompt and courteous. He always arrived as scheduled or communicated when a schedule needed to change.

They were very professional and from start to finish it was an easy process. The yard looks great and to what we requested. Would recommend them and use them again.

Jason was very easy to work with and provided suggestions for seeding and subsequent treatment due to the terrain and soil. There were a number of unanticipated stumps in the area which caused a lot of roots to be eliminated after the fact. I still have not got to the point where I should mow the new growth which has been a slow process. Jason did a nice job on the excavation part and he did all the work maintaining previous drainage contours put in years ago.He was flexible, knew his business, and easy to work with and adjust aspects of the job.

Great experience with Jade Construction and would absolutely hire them again. I had a drainage issue in my backyard and it made it hard to get the equipment in without destroying my whole yard. Jason was patient even though I had to reschedule a meeting twice early on, and acted quickly when conditions were dry enough to do the job. He installed a drain system and leveled out the land and both have helped a ton. Professional, helpful, and did a great job.

Jason was prompt and helpful and was very flexible in changing or modifying the nature of some of the work before starting. He did virtually all the grading himself and knew exactly what to do. The work was done on time and as specified. I will surely contact him if I need drainage work for another project.

Jason with Jade Construction was a pleasure to work with. He came out on a rainy day to walk my project- hole in the backyard that need filling from the previous owners pool surround and leveling the side yard to make way for a patio. I had a quote later that day that was reasonable and fair. We scheduled the job fast. He and his worker arrived as scheduled with the machine got right to work moving dirt & leveling. They brought in 4 loads of dirt and made everything look exactly as we agreed within a few hours. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone looking for some leveling, fill and top soil work. Very pleasant to work with. Btw, I didn’t ask for them to include grass seed in the job. I did that myself the next day. But Jason did ask.
