John coordinated the tree removal subcontractor as well as removing and replacing the septic tank. He also repaired the broken waste pipe leading to the septic tank. Throughout the whole process every phase of the job was performed on in a timely manner and every delivery of material arrived on site exactly when needed. John's crew was excellent as well, performing each phase efficiently and smoothly while while exercising great care to avoid damaging the adjacent structure. I enjoyed watching how smoothly they worked together. When the job was finished, they expertly restored the surrounding landscape to a condition better than it was before. "Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

They installed a gas water heater, installed a shut off on the water heater where there was one missing, replaced a kitchen sink from an old double sink to a new full size sink and in doing so, moved the garbage disposal and re-piped the whole project. They checked other pipes & plumbing and repaired a broken outside water pipe. Tisha in the office was also wonderful - very accommodating, congenial and they are all very customer service oriented. Respectful, honest, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone."

"I hired them because they said they could pump my septic AND snake my drain. They did pump my tank very nicely, they were available when I needed them, and they were able to identify a problem immediately. However, what they meant by snaking the drain is that they could send another person out for an additional fee to snake the drain. I was also only quoted for the pumping and not the snaking so I ended up paying double what I thought I was going to pay. I also found out AFTER the first payment/job that they had a military discount so that was a little disappointing, but I am very grateful that it was applied to the second payment/job."

Paramount Construction was hired by MDC to put in new shut off valves in our neighborhood and which they did a terrible job, and yes I complained to MDC and nothing was done.
