I called to have inducer motor replaced and could not be happier with result. Worked directly with owner who was informative, upfront, honest and polite. I have no reason to give anything other than 5 stars. Pricing was fair and work was done exactly as promised. Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Jared (New Era) was fantastic. Not only did he work quickly and efficiently, he made sure I was fully informed about what he was doing and why - he told me what he was GOING to do, told me what he WAS doing as he did it, and reviewed what he had DONE when it was finished. And he was a really nice person, which is definitely a bonus when someone is going to be working in your space for the better part of 8 hours. Jared ran a natural gas line for us from the furnace area to the kitchen so that we could put in a gas stove. We just got the stove itself yesterday (finally!), and the whole system is working beautifully. Thanks, Jared, for your wonderful work!

Jared was amazing!! From estimating, to installation.. very thorough and explained everything as he went! Very detailed with his quote, answered all questions. Scheduling was a breeze! The day of installation Jared was very conscious and treated my home with the upmost respect and professionalism (he even befriended the dogs)! I was very happy with the work he did however Jared decided one thing could have been done better so he returned the next day and made a change that kept him up the night before (cosmetic)! New Era HVAC was amazing! I own a small business that has a very challenging environment to work around. Jared was extremely professional and minimized the disruption to our routine. We have large warehouse heaters. A few years ago we had one installed by another company. They left a huge mess, took 2 1/2 days to do the work and had no regard for disrupting our business. In contrast, when Jared replaced the second one he was done in one day, left the area clean and neat when he left, and was extremely accommodating with us. We have also had a tankless water heater replaced by New Era and had the same experience. Professional, honest, and reliable - you will not find a better company out there!!
