My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC.
