He had worked for our builder's warranty division so knew the permits to get and HOA requirements. She delivered not only the job but also the estimate when she said she would. They tore out our old landscaping and bushes, prepared the soil for new plantings, installed a low water irrigation system, pathway through the yard, a few boulders, rock, mulch and 35 small bushes.
