"We hired Plumbing Tree to fix an improperly installed flange by the builders of the home. The quote from them was a little high, but calling around it was similar to other plumbers. The plumber agreed that the flange was not installed correctly (rotated 90 degrees) and the bolts were stripped. The first appointment was missed, I got a text message an hour before he was supposed to show up saying that he could no longer make it due to the current job going long. The next day, I got a text right before our installation time window that he would be late. The plumbers were professional and seemed to be doing a good job. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves well. The sink wasn't caulked as we want to touch up the paint first and he was very kind to actually leave us a tube of caulk and a rag for the job. After the job is done, there are two things that are bothering me. The first was that the flange (double flange to increase the height) was installed in the same 90 degree rotation as the initial one, so honestly I am a bit confused on this (the slots where you are supposed to put the bolts in every single manual on toilets are at the front and back instead of the side and the top and bottom slots were used on the sides instead). The toilet itself is slanted, not perpendicular from the wall (not by a huge amount, but it is noticeable). Since it is caulked down on our new floors, it is going to be permanently off square. Over all, I think they had a good attitude and the job that was quoted for 1 1/2 hours took 2 hours, so not bad there. We are saying we would not hire again due to the rotation of the flange, the inconvenience of rescheduling twice and that the toilet was installed a bit crooked."

"They are pricey. Don't get me wrong, they did amazing work and the system they installed is fantastic, and WE were in a difficult spot. We JUST move into our house and the AC and furnace were completely dead. They came out and installed it two days later. My annoyance was the new unit cost. I was expecting a $9000 unit, but instead, what they offered was over $16,000! Granted, it was a very high end, very energy efficient unit, with a very long warranty, but OH MY GAWD! I realized, after the fact, I would've gotten about the same performance with a cheaper model and brand. Also, since I paid A LOT for the new unit, you would think I would've gotten a free duct cleaning, nope. The company they partnered with wanted to charge me a lot to clean the ducts, so I went with a different company. I felt it should of been included considering how much I paid for the new unit. They did leave parts from the new unit install in the yard for over two weeks, and when they returned to finish off duct work, those parts were picked up. BUT, they left a ladder up on the side of our house for two weeks. We had to call them a couple of times to come and get it! I removed a star for customer service because no one followed up to make sure things were done. They eventually did, but it took a few calls to take care of it. And two stars for the value because of no air duct cleaning for a FULL system replacement, and how much the unit cost, and that THEY ARE STILL NOT DONE WITH THE INSTALL! ITS BEEN A MONTH AND A HALF SINCE THEY INSTALLED THE UNIT, and they are NOT done. They claim they are waiting on a part, and again, WE CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND NO FOLLOW UP!!"
