We worked with Ben throughout the project. He made sure the work was done on time and with quality. That was in 2017. Three years later, in 2020, some tiles cracked. We called up Ben who sent one of his workers out to inspect the roof. Ben had the cracked tiles replaced at $0 cost to us. Not only did Ben honor their warranty, but he had the job done a week later. No fuss. I would recommend them for a roofing job in the Golden and Denver metro area."

"I highly recommend Advanced Exteriors for any and all home damage you might have! With all the recent hail storms (2018), we were bombarded with calls, door knockers, and solicitations. I knew to avoid most of those, so I asked my insurance agent to recommend someone. They gave me a few, and I started calling. Andrew from A.E. answered my call and was the only one who would come that day to do an initial assessment. They fixed a few things and discussed the damage with me. They have been by my side though the entire process, just a quick text message or phone call away. They came the day the insurance adjuster came to do an estimate and sat with me at the table to discuss damages. Seeing as how AE had MY best interests in mind, they worked with the adjuster to make sure I was getting everything repaired. They expertly handled all the “behind the scenes” that I didn’t know about (like when I got a letter from the city saying a permit had been issued). Getting repairs done to your roof, home, and property takes time. I was impatient until all the extra stuff was explained to me. They have worked with adjusters to get my deck done the way it’s meant to be, not what insurance thinks it should be (which was way less than what’s actually needed). Andrew worked with the glass company to do replacements on a Saturday so that I didn’t need to take more time off work to be home during the week. I honestly think you will be very pleased with their work. I would recommend them without hesitation. I appreciate all the time they took to explain the process to me and ease my burdens."

"I rarely write reviews, but when a company goes over and beyond my expectations, I am compelled to tell others; this is the case with Bold Brothers Roofing. My daughter and I recently purchased my father's home after his passing. My father had replaced his roof within the past 8-9 years after a hailstorm. Something about the roof never looked right, and recently it was discovered that the flashing was installed incorrectly by the original roofing company allowing water to pool under the roof tiles. I was given Bold Brothers' information from a friend who had recently used them for her roof. Jake Siebold came out to inspect our roof. Jake's level of knowledge and professionalism impressed me. He was on time and extremely courteous. Jake explained that our roof foundation boards were severely compromised and would not hold up under winter snowstorms. With that information, we decided to act quickly. Jake and his team were extremely efficient and had us scheduled for our new roof within a week. His crew showed up on time and worked the entire time, even as the sun was setting. They completed our new roof and gutter installs in two days. They spent extra time making sure all the roof debris was picked up before they wrapped up the project. "What a pleasant experience I had with Advanced Construction Roofing. I was honestly not looking forward to having my roof replaced. I have only gone through this process once before with a different company and it was not a good experience at all. With ACR it was easy on my part. Peter came and looked at the roof, came back when my insurance adjuster came to look at it and honestly handled everything from that point on. "Our experience replacing our homes roof and gutters with Heartland Construction was excellent. The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it.
