I HIGHLY recommend Advance Construction Roofing!! From start to finish, this company has been exceptional! Tom Krause, owner, and Jeff Krause, work for us, not the insurance company. Their professionalism shines through. The roof team did an awesome job on our roof! They all were hard workers, very easy to deal with, meticulous clean-up, and all went way beyond than what we expected in their work. After the job was finished, Tom Krause went beyond his duties to help us obtain more compensation than what our insurance company first paid. He didn't have to do this, but he did. Thank you for the easiest construction transaction we have ever dealt with!! I highly recommended this company every chance I get because I truly appreciate their hard work!! The professionalism that ACR showed to our product was exemplary. We were always kept informed of timelines. They were willing to accommodate my concern with installing shingles when the weather was too hot to keep from marking the roof. They use the best quality products and ensure that the warranty for the materials is properly registered. I highly recommend this company for all roof repairs and shingle reroofing. What a pleasant experience I had with Advanced Construction Roofing. I was honestly not looking forward to having my roof replaced. I have only gone through this process once before with a different company and it was not a good experience at all. With ACR it was easy on my part. Peter came and looked at the roof, came back when my insurance adjuster came to look at it and honestly handled everything from that point on. They were able to complete the roof in one day and cleaned up after themselves. The owner Tom called early on in the process to thank me for my business and let me know he was there if I needed him. Good job guys, and thanks so much!

This is a very professional company. Their communication was top-notch as was their patience in answering questions, working with the insurance companies etc. The came right on time, got the job down well and made it as easy as possible for us to get through this process. Tom and John were great. We found them because they work with the Malarkey Shingles product, a more sustainable option.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Tom, Pete, and crew are true professionals and the quality of work they do is evidence of that. From quoting to contracting, construction, and inspection, ACR handled my project with the utmost in professionalism and integrity. Everything was timely and communication was excellent throughout the process. Every detail of my roofing project was meticulously completed and the products they used are top quality. Having Pete as an on-site foreman was an excellent touch and also very comforting. He was there from start to finish and kept me informed of progress. I had some bad old flashing issues, rusted rooftop vents, poorly located attic vents, and a large evaporative cooler to muscle around as part of my project. ACRs team handled everything with ease. ACR is truly The Gold Standard for Colorado roofing companies. I can honestly say, I LOVE MY ROOF! Thanks, ACR.

The last thing any owner wants to do is replace their roof. When you do have to, you want someone you can trust - after all, you're probably not going to get up there yourself and monitor the work. ACR is everything you want in a roofing contractor - professional, responsive, addressing concerns responsibly, and overall - just nice people. I highly recommend ACR for any roofing repair or replacement.

Amazing experience with ACR!! I contacted Tom after hours one evening, and was surprised to find him still working. He was super accommodating and professional and had us scheduled with John for an estimate quickly. Our roofing job was very small, but Tom treated us like we were a million dollar client. They were able to replace our roof the very next week! The communication throughout the entire job was AMAZING! I received texts with pictures of the work in progress! I appreciate the professional work, the crew, and speed! Would recommend to anyone!!
