Excellent customer service.

I had an urgent roofing situation and Blu Roofing went above and beyond. They were extremely responsive and communicative from the start, keeping me updated every step of the way. What stood out most was their follow-up to make sure the job was completed properly and to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate their professionalism and reliability, and I would highly recommend Blu Roofing to anyone in need of roofing work.

I will assure you that throwing shingles at a window is not a standard practice. That`s a quote. I said one more question before I was going to sign one more question. That you never answered. When will you start after delivery? And he said, Again, I will place the order once the agreement is signed. Like I didn't. I don't know that information, and he's being very passive, aggressive and sarcastic.

The team at BLU did an outstanding job. J.R. and I met many times before, during, and after the roof replacement process. He explained everything well and answered any questions I had... he even stopped by my house several times during the re-roofing process to make sure that everything was proceeding according to my expectations. My expectations were exceeded at every point throughout this process. The roof replacement was quick, efficient, and the upgraded shingles resulted in a great-looking and robust roof. BLU even arranged for my house to be painted by one of its partners. Each contact I had with the workers who worked on my house was great: each had great work ethic, attention to detail, and were pleasant to have around. When two of the workers were on the roof outside an upstairs window, my young children were waving at them from the other side of the glass. When the workers saw my kids, they smiled and waved back. Nice little interaction. I whole-heartedly recommend BLU.

JR was very professional, reviewing the entire project in advance. For me, a senior on a fixed income, it was very important. He made some suggestions for more services but kept it within my budget. He was also on time, friendly and finished in a timely manner. Great service, great work.

Very responsive, good communication throughout the process and good follow up after work was done. Prices seemed reasonable and THEY SHOWED UP when they said that they would, a rarity in 2024. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Hired them to replace my roof after hail damage. Work was over a month late to start. When they started they sent the wrong shingles, I upgraded to class iv shingles and they sent regular ones. I am the one to notice the shingles were incorrect and I am still not sure if this was an honest mistake or not. We are now 2 months behind schedule. Roof goes up and they ask for payment before installing the gutters. I push back. Gutters go in and they ask for payment but they never sent the paperwork to my insurance. Months of them bugging me for payment while still not finalizing the paperwork with my insurance so I can collect the rest of the insurance money. I notice water leaking from behind the gutter. They send someone out and cant find a problem. I climb into the attic and see sever inches of snow. Thats finally enough to convince them to fix it. I also find 3 other leaks around vents. They come out and add silicon around the vents. Gutter outside bedroom window is making a ton of noise when it gets windy. I again have to prove the problem to them, find a temporary fix and still they are refusing to fix it. We are now 8 months in and I still dont have a roof in the condition it was before the hail. Im totally fed up with this company. I will have to fix the gutter myself. The number of times I had to go up on the roof, into the attic, video and picture problem areas, call, text, follow-up, meet people at the house, etc, etc to get this done still to a subpar level is outrageous.

I was selling my house and the buyers inspector said I had extensive hail damage and needed a new roof. Blu Roofing quickly came out and assured me there were only a few hail marks which they repaired and certified the roof. Working with Blu was such a good experience and I would highly recommend them!

The people at Blu are true professionals. Iâ ve worked with a bunch of roofing companies over the years, but Blu outranks them all. Amazing quality, customer service, and professionalism!

They are very conscientious, hardworking, and do things right. They installed a new roof on the house, porch and detached garage with the class 4 impact resistant shingles, ridge roof ventilation, ice shield, and replaced a lot of the roof decking. They redid sealing around the chimney and fan pipes, and replaced metal flashing with ice shield. Job was completed in 1 1/2 days and everything cleaned up excellently. I finally have a great quality roof, and no leaks anymore!

We needed an emergency repair on our roof, as we experienced a leak in our master bathroom in the middle of a remodel project that could not be completed until the source of the leak was dealt with. Adam came out the very next day and took detailed pictures of various repairs we need to make, sent us a quote that very day, then J.R., came out 3 days later (only because the next 2 days were snowing and cold again) and performed the most urgent repair that was causing the leak. We are finishing our remodel and will be calling BLU back out to do the rest of the necessary repairs to our roof before the "rainy season" hits. Extremely pleased with every aspect of BLU's service and highly recommend this company.
