This appointment was rescheduled for an earlier time when the faucet arrived sooner than expected but Mr Howell did not show up for that appointment. Some internal miscommunication. Another appointment was made for the following week. He showed up on time for this one and installed the faucet in good time. The faucet being replaced had failed almost completely by then. The office staff is fantastic and very helpful. It was she that got my business since Mr Howell’s charges seemed a little high. The advice and assistance she gave me was worth the higher charges. However, I am not an expert on such things. The charges were explained up front. No fee was charged for the visit to give an estimate along with advice/confirmation of the type of faucet I would need."

Considering the extent of the work and the constraints within which they had to work, there was remarkably little collateral damage done. Unfortunately I was not able to witness the work before it was covered up and so I cannot comment on the quality of the installation, but can say that the company did a good job protecting the surrounding landscaped areas and seemed contentious and thoughtful in their approach to the work. "John was on time to clear slow drain. Used a shorter snake than prior plumbers. I told him I wanted to know what the problem was that the drain keeps clogging and running slow making it difficult to drain laundry. Called for a plumber, Manny who explained different options to cap off existing drain and reroute and install new drain with drain clean-out access. Drain has been draining well since the repair just need to get a dry wall repairman as drywall had to be cut. I also had the drain power wash done. I am hoping the drain will not clog now."
