"We heard a constant hum from the sump pump last evening and found the motor trying to run but nothing being pumped out. We pulled the plug and called for service. Joe found nothing wrong with the pump. A switch was turned off that should have been on and the outside drainpipe was frozen solid. We had not thought of the drainpipe as we knew the water pumped out a few days before as snow was melting. An unusually long cold spell caused freezing and pitch of the pipe was wrong at the end of the pipe. Joe was very knowledgeable and honest. He got things working again and gave us good information for the future. We will definitely use this business for future plumbing needs. We would recommend them to others. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line.
