"We heard a constant hum from the sump pump last evening and found the motor trying to run but nothing being pumped out. We pulled the plug and called for service. Joe found nothing wrong with the pump. A switch was turned off that should have been on and the outside drainpipe was frozen solid. An unusually long cold spell caused freezing and pitch of the pipe was wrong at the end of the pipe. Joe was very knowledgeable and honest. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it.
