Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the water treatment and installation processes well. He had the best price by THOUSANDS and the equipment is equal to, if not better than the machines that were quoted at triple the price. I just wish I had done this sooner! With 1 shower I noticed a drastic difference in the softness of my hair and skin. My husband commented that his skin didn’t itch all day like it usually did and my boys said how soft their their felt! That’s just the beginning too…the taste of our water is night and day better. I used to have a Pur water filter on the kitchen faucet but it would still smell of chlorine and had a metallic taste. With the softner, purifier, reverse osmosis, re-mineralization system the water tastes good. It’s not just better. It’s actually pleasant to drink! I HIGHLY recommend Chris and the system he installs. It comes with a lifetime manufactures warranty, so why not? It’s worth it!

Chris at Watrdude is awesome. We had our system installed a year ago and everything has worked great. Recently we had a little leak issue with the drain pipe, Chris came out the very next day to fix the problem at no charge. Best Customer Service I've ever had by any contractor.

Previous water treatment service company "disappeared", resulting in a search for a competent and reliable firm. Chris arrived on time and performed the requested work in a prompt and workmanlike manner. In addition, he identified and corrected an issue I was not aware of at a very reasonable cost. Chris just became the "go-to guy" for my scheduled and unexpected water treatment system maintenance.

Chris is very knowledgeable about water treatment. He did a nice job on the install, was on time and helped me get the system that was right for me. He was very helpful and answered all me questions. He did not try to up sell me on something I didn't need. The price was also significantly better than other bids that I got. We had very hard water and was ruining everything.
