Another appointment was made for the following week. He showed up on time for this one and installed the faucet in good time. The faucet being replaced had failed almost completely by then. The office staff is fantastic and very helpful. It was she that got my business since Mr Howell’s charges seemed a little high. The advice and assistance she gave me was worth the higher charges. However, I am not an expert on such things. The charges were explained up front. No fee was charged for the visit to give an estimate along with advice/confirmation of the type of faucet I would need."

Communication was a little rough with the field, but communication with the office was very responsive. Considering the extent of the work and the constraints within which they had to work, there was remarkably little collateral damage done.
