I mention this because our project was complete months before the other roofing companies even began work on the other homes in the neighborhood! After contacting our insurance company, Trek came out inspected our roof, gave us a comprehensive evaluation and made all the recommendations for our situation. An install date was set and as promised, the crew was there on time. They worked tirelessly into the late evening, which surprised me because we thought they would come back the next day to finish. The work was stellar and the clean-up was outstanding. The roof looks great. Dylan, the Trek representative, was more than helpful. He was extremely polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He was on site several times to check on the progress of the work as well as answer any questions we might have. I even saw him delivering decking to help the crew move the project along. He followed up after completion of the project to make sure we were happy with everything. Outstanding! Trek is a great company and a refreshing improvement from our previous roofing experiences.
