Ken and crew were great to work with. No problems at all.

â Ken and his whole crew have been nothing but amazing to work with. This was a very long process for me as there were several zoning issues that I had to work through with the county. It took about a year to deal with the county and Ken and his crew were more than helpful during this process. They were as much vested in this project as I was and helped me navigate and were part of all the tedious hearings and paperwork that the county threw at meâ to get a variance and add onto an existing detached garage. If I ever had a question about something Ken was very quick to respond and was very direct and honest in the whole process. Once the county issued a permit they started immediately and I had a large garage built in about a month. I was more than pleased with his building timeline, price, and quality of the build. All of the delays were due to the county not because of Affordable Garages. Affordable garages have to be one of the best if not the best contractor for garages in the state! I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking.

Work was done right and crews were professional. Adding a two car garage dragged on for 6 months which was way to long, although much of that was material delays. They did great work but the timing of it all was painful

The Subcontractor work was not checked. They came at all hours to work, 6 am is unacceptable. They used substandard contractors, tried to put on travertine, and had to be changed out. The painter was out 3 times. The concrete was not the best, it has the wrong pitch for the yard. The brick is not plumbed, broken bricks were used, and it is put up crooked. Overall, I wished we had hired a cheaper company. Also, they left trash all over for weeks before they pick it up. I just saw someone from the company when a check was picked up.

Affordable Garages did a great job building a custom garage for us. Earl did a great job interpreting what we were looking for and making recommendations to achieve and keep costs down. Ken did an excellent job communicating throughout the entire process. He was always accessible to answer questions, keeping us informed on schedule steps and accommodating change requests at very reasonable prices. All of their work crews did quality work and were great to work with. Overall this was a great experience along with getting a beautiful garage at a reasonable price.

We had a 3 car garage built with a few extra options. The estimate was in line with other quotes, but we went with Affordable Garages because of the professionalism of the guys we spoke with during the process. The building process went smoothly, and the timeline was even better than we hoped. We were very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them.

Ken was an excellent project manager, and walked us through all the â curve ballsâ that any construction project experiences. I would recommend Affordable Garages to anyone looking for a thorough, experienced contractor to add a garage to their property.

Ken at affordable garages did NOT fulfill his end of our contract, blamed us for his inability to do so, and rather than working with us financially or giving us some sort of concession for messing up the project, he called it a MUTUAL MISTAKE and put equal blame on us...his clients... who do not work in construction. We actually called him to alert him to the issue with enough time for him to reevaluate and correct the mistake, however he opted instead to ignore us, pour the concrete anyway and have us pay full price to not give us what we asked for. We had a sit down to discuss it where he was VERY rude and told me I was playing the **kid card** for mentioning my pregnancy and the toll his bad attitude and insufficient work was taking on me. He works with excellent craftsmen who do a beautiful job, but Ken himself was a nightmare to work with.

I'm not sure what to do with my order and I will send you the details of the area I would like to do the work. Around the corner or in the back.

Ken at Affordable really knew his stuff and the pricing was very reasonable. The garage looks great and all his sub contractors (roof, electric, paint, fence, etc) did good work. City Inspections passed without issue. Ken was very responsive and kept me updated. I would recommend them to my neighbors for sure.

They did a great job and so proud of how it looks. Ken was great to let us know about the survey and how it had to be build different than we had planned but we like it better this way. A great company.. the garage was built in a week and that was with pouring the cement. Electric was done later.

Man what a great experience! In this day of expecting the worst in things, Ken and Affordable Garages were a wonderful choice. On budget, ahead of time, and good communications.

The work done is very good, but I've been disappointed with what I consider cleanup after a project is done. I expected all debris to be hauled away (and it still might get done), but that is not the case! I still have fence sections, a yard of dirt and concrete strewn about. Granted, the final check hasn't been written, but they did cleanup two weeks ago. I expected something more.
