"I was happy with service. My rep name was Milton. It took 2 days to replace the roof. He kept me updated from start to end. After the roof was replaced, he did a final inspection. Insurance covered the expense but peach tree restoration filed paper work. I had to pay deductible. I will use this company in the future."

"Dan contacted us immediately when we put the request in for service to replace our garbage disposal.  He came out the next day and tried to salvage the old one so we didn't have to pay for a new one, unfortunately that was not possible (not his fault), but it was great that he was looking out for our best interest.  We got a new disposal and he installed it the next day.  Did a great job! Very polite, friendly and courteous.  I would highly recommend him!

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
