Customer service is great. Very happy with the service we receive from Wolfco.
"Christopher is an excellent worker and displays outstanding attention to Customer Service! His skills in sandblasting have demonstrated quality and attention to detail. We have used him in this capacity for over a year and he has never failed us, no matter what we have thrown in his direction!"
"Overall it went better than expected and that work is the best work. The provider and workers are very nice educated people. I felt comfortable knowing they were the ones that were gonna do the work. They worked with me and listened to the paint ideas I had and they provided the exact paint I was looking for. Overall the pricing was great and I felt it was a fair price. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to anyone who needs interior and exterior painting on pretty much any residence."
"He was wonderful, recommended from my step dad and I couldn’t have been happier! He was incredibly professional, showed me pictures and created a safer environment for my daughter. I highly recommend and will definitely find him for all fireplace servicing issues moving forward."
"They were excellent, very quick to respond. Ron the owner was very informative, he took the time to really show us he cared. He just started to stain the new shingles with a stain to weather them to look like they were older than they were to fit with the old roof lines. They are so honest, they could have came in like others, saying that we would need a new roof, and he went into the repair side instead of pitching all new."
"They did a good job in the end. But were late to start the job without notice to us. I would use them again, but make sure they understand the need to followup."
"I had seen the signs from Ireland's Finest around our neighborhood, so figured they had to be pretty good to get all this work. Andrew came out quickly and was able to provide estimates on two very complex jobs. They have completed the first of these (interior) and done an absolutely excellent. Will I and Will II and all their team members were terrific. They were here on time every day, always made sure we knew what was going on and asked good questions whenever there were issues. I am looking forward to our next project with this company! "
I'm sorry to say that it was disorganized and a real debacle for about 10 days trying to get Ace Roofing to actually come and repair the roof, once I gave them 1/2 of the payment. First, I was told that they would be there at the latest on one day--and no one called to let me know that the day had been changed. I had to call their office to find out that no one was going to show up that day. Then they gave me another day and said that the materials would be delivered---that afternoon for repair the next day. The materials were delivered onto my roof. And no one showed up the following day to do the repair. Then finally it was supposed to be done on a Saturday (about 3 days later), the crew showed up and John showed up and they found that apparently the wrong shingles had been delivered. Then John left and the crew that was there threw all of the wrong shingles off the roof onto my front yard and someone came and picked up the wrong shingles. I then had to wait for 3 more days for the correct shingles to be delivered and the final repair to be completed. I was able to talk to their Office Manager and get them to make a cost accommodation adjustment for all the trouble that I incurred (I had taken my dog to daycare on each of the 3 days on which I thought the repair would happen and rearranged my schedule because I work from my home--and cannot be on a conference call while the roof is being repaired because of the noise). They did make a cost accommodation which I feel was the least that they could do.
Last, I tried multiple times to get a warranty (in writing) for the work on my roof. I called Sheila, their office manager, I called John Wood, the original Ace Roofing sales person who approached me, and I emailed the owner of the company Aaron Clough multiple times. These contacts happened over the course of September to October 2014 (the roof was finally repaired on 8/11/14). I did not receive one call or email in response to my queries to get a written warranty for the work performed on my roof. At this point I do not have a written warranty and I doubt I will ever get one. I was very disappointed in my experience with Ace Roofing. It seems that as soon as I paid them for the work completed--I no longer was worth responding to. Unfortunately, I would say that their customer service is pretty much non-existent and I would not recommend others to this company because I wouldn't want someone else to have to suffer through the problems I experienced.
"A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of using Springs Curb Appeal for chimney cleaning and inspection, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their team was not only professional but also extremely thorough in their work and they even had good jokes! They arrived on time, were courteous, and left no mess behind. Which is a major concern when cleaning your own chimney!! What impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They didn't just clean the chimney; they also pointed out potential safety hazards and provided recommendations for maintenance. That’s a big deal for me since this was at my parents home; I need to know they will be safe using their fireplace this winter. I highly recommend Springs Curb Appeal for anyone in need of chimney sweep services. Their expertise and professionalism make them a top choice for ensuring your chimney's safety and efficiency. Thank you, Springs Curb Appeal, for a job well done! 10/10 would recommend!"
Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts
You can concrete can be done when it’s wet or dry. However, it’s safer when wet, as harmful dust and chemicals are present. Sanding it when dry is faster, but you’ll agitate more dust and chemicals, meaning you’ll need to be more careful.
Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.
If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.
Sandblasting refers to the process of cleaning a surface using compressed air and aggregate. Soda blasting is the gentlest type of this method, but it differs from sandblasting that uses mineral or other aggregate, since sodium bicarbonate breaks apart more easily than other forms of blast media and, therefore, cannot be reused.
Most projects take 1-3 days, depending on the surface area and complexity.
