"Done Right did a great job repairing my roof. I had five roofers who repair tile roofs come to give me estimates. Done Right was the only one who said they knew where the leak was. Everyone else was â Well once we start tearing it apart, then weâ ll know.â Done Right was prompt from the estimate to the repair. They were also very reasonable. I have a steep (12 over 12), light-weight, concrete tile roof that is no longer manufactured. I had one company give me an estimate and then back out of doing the work. Another looked at the work and wouldnâ t give me an estimate. Some roofers seem to send out more of a salesman than a roofer. I liked the people, the price, and above all, getting my roof fixed."

"Excellent. Three weeks after the storm Wyndhill was loading our roof with supplies. The following week the workers replaced the roof and did it in just one day. They arrived at 6:30 am and left at 7 pm. They were fast but still did a very nice job. They used quality materials and even gave us a few extra attic vents at no additional cost. They sent the guys who replaced our gutters and downspouts just 2 days after the roof was replaced and then replaced the spark arrestor caps another few days after that. We are please with all of the work."

The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. Heartland was very responsive when I showed them some slight damage to my front porch rail, from wind knocking over the roofing crews ladder, and they sent a repair guy who fixed it. Jeff insepcted the roof again, told us he had replacements in his shop and came back a couple of days later to replace them...all at NO charge! Just incredible. Wonderful guy, wonderful company."
