"Alan was so professional and reasonably priced. He didn't pressure us to add any extra work or fees. He was very matter-of-fact and upfront with what his services entailed and what his results would be. He was prompt and had great work ethic. He came on time and did his job quickly but also with great detail which I very much appreciated. I am also picky as to who I have working on my house as I have a small child, and I felt very comfortable with him. Especially learning that he is a family man himself. I could not say better things about Alan and his services. We will definately use him again. He even helped raise the value of our home price, saved us time and money, and improved our curb appeal. Thanks Alan!  "

"I was happy with service. My rep name was Milton. It took 2 days to replace the roof. He kept me updated from start to end. After the roof was replaced, he did a final inspection. Insurance covered the expense but peach tree restoration filed paper work. I had to pay deductible. I will use this company in the future."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They worked very slow but good. It was pretty expensive. It turned out to be over $800 for what he did. He was there for a while. It was pretty costly. They were okay. I would use them again because you get different people."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.
