"Had my 2 bathrooms redone and my kitchen remodeled. Jonathan and his crew are wonderful to work with. Work is done on time and they did an outstanding job. I have gotten so many compliments on my kitchen and I was more than pleased with the work. My bathrooms are beautiful, fully tiled and I could not be happier with the work done. Prices were good, estimates given before the job was started so if I had any questions or concerns, I got them answered prior to the job starting. They cleaned up so well after the work was completed, so I had absolutely no concerns there. I definitely recommend Central Services and I would definitely use them again in the future."

"South Denver My home was recently painted In September following the hail storm in May 2018. I spent time on line reviewing locally and nationally based companies. Following my review, I chose The Paint Doctor. Chris Dorry was my estimator and Jesse and his father, uncle and brother were my painters. I would highly recommend them for ANY painting contract. Chris was very responsive to my questions and concerns with timely communication and great follow through. Unlike what you often see in today’s service market, Chris and the painting crew were courteous, on time, very conscientious. They were focused with attention to detail and worked every day until finished. I am grateful to have had them paint the exterior of my home. It looks fabulous!! Thank you for a job well done!! The Paint Doctor is lucky to have you all on staff."

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Sandblasting is a common method for removing paint. It works great if the underlying material is tough. This is because you can then use more abrasive sandblast materials, making the paint removal process much faster and less expensive. If you plan on removing many layers of paint on smooth surfaces, you’ll need to be more careful about which materials you choose to use to sandblast.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.
