These men did an amazing job! James and his crew, Kyle, Aaron and Wuinder remodeled my stairs, installed new flooring in my kitchen, repaired and textured my drywall and painted. The job was finished on time and within budget, no surprises. They were respectful of my home and were neat and tidy. I have already rehired them to do more work. I highly recommend James and Crew!

Awesome. Job was explained to me and performed as explained. Clean up was awesome. Best part was respectful and courteous workers. We have du ks geese and chickens and they were careful not to injure them. Gustavo is sharp as a tack on the job and will work with you and your insurance company to ensure your home is cared for. Would give a 12 out of 10!!

From the start Gustavo provided me with excellent customer service.. He answered all of my questions very honestly and out of all the companies that I considered going through, He got back to me the quickest. He kept me updated every step of the way (as this was my very first insurance claim). When the roofers came out they did such a great job ! They were respectful and I was kind of worried when I seen all of the old roofing debris all over everywhere but when they were done they cleaned it all up !! Thank you guys so much. I'll definitely be using you guys again in the future and be referring your company other people?

Gustavo Alvarez, the owner and manager of this business had is crew re-stain my deck and repaint my stucco and garage doors. Shortly after they finished I let him know the paint in the joints of the garage doors was sticking and pealing, he said this is because they used the wrong kind of paint in error (not made for aluminum garage doors) and that they would remove the old paint and re-paint with the correct product. For months now I've made multiple attempts (both by phone and in writing) to reach him or anyone at his company to get this repair completed with no response. The warning here is to know that once you pay him you will not hear from him again even if he admittedly made the error.

We would love to do everything we can to correct this issue and ensure your satisfaction . For clarification, It looks like our crew actually made 3 visits for service in regards to this, these visits did include meetings with yourself and Mr Alvarez as well as the crew addressing your concerns. It also shows that you spoke to two members of our office when this was first an issue and that all communications were returned and clear . It also looks like we have written communication from you thanking us for our quality of work on your homes exterior repairs and painting and that you actually had us complete additional work (grading , grass installation) , so we definitely would like to correct the disconnect that may have led us to this miscommunication, Checking our notes and your file it looks like the low temps were the issue (not allowing paint to cure) and that the crew members actually came out those 3 visits to address your concerns (completed work, spoke with you ), we have recorded that on the final visit you spoke with Mr. Alvarez and agreed to revisit in the summer with higher temps allowing the paint to dry and cure correctly . We want to ensure clear communication and get your concern taken care of as soon as possible. We appreciate you so much. We heard of El Toro from a friend who had used them & couldn't recommend them enough. We hired them to fix the leaky and uneven bathroom tile we had just recently got done by another construction company. They came in & fixed problems we were having in a fast & efficient way. They came in and got the job done right, explained why they did what they were doing, gave care instructions, and the whole crew was pleasant, timely and professional. They went above and beyond and kept the areas they worked on in our home cleaner than how they found it. Very pleased with the work they did. Will be using El Toro again for any of our needs!

El Toro did a spectacular job for us. Our house is fairly large (7,000 sq. ft.) and they painted every single room including the garage. I am extremely particular about work done on my home and these guys met and exceeded my expectations. Gustavo keeps a very close eye on his crews but in this case that probably wasn't necessary because the crew and their foreman, Lupe, worked extremely hard and took exceptional care of our belongings. We took every picture off the walls along with all the switch and outlet plates and they didn't lose or misplace anything. I will absolutely hire El Toro for any of my future painting or construction needs and will recommend them to any friends or family needing work done...thank you El Toro!!!

I hired El Toro Construction & Roofing to redo a previous stucco job that went terribly wrong. The guys did an amazing job! Their communication and attention to detail made for a smooth takeover. The crew worked hard, they were timely and cleaned up after each day. I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

El Toro did a great job. Very professional in their approach, from initial contact, estimation, and final project completion. At a very fair price. I was particularly impressed by the management and organization of the team , their hard work , and being able to complete the project on time even though they had some problems at the last minute with a supplier . I will definitely reach out to El Toto again for any future outdoor project -they can be trusted to deliver a good product.

It was outstanding. This is a company that actually answers the phone when you call. Communication was excellent, and I knew what was going on every step of the way. The crew was professional and efficient. Clean up was flawless, and the fence and deck are beautiful (and strong and safe). I will be using El Toro for future projects, and would highly recommend them for any project within their scope of operations
