"Allcare Superior Services is a cut above the rest. They are prompt, communicative, diverse and reasonably priced. As a portfolio property manager, it is nice to have a contractor that you can call out for multiple types of projects and the best part is receiving pictures of completed work orders with notes. I would strongly recommend Allcare Superior Services for future projects."

"Xtreme painting did excellent work. I bought a new house and needed to paint the entire apartment to cover some terrible accent walls. They contacted me within a day of me sending an inquiry regarding pricing and availability, were very communicative, punctual and professional. Covered/moved all my furniture, and even helped me move boxes when they were done. I would highly recommend them, and will definitely hire them again if I need any additional painting done. Before (green) and after (Neutral) pictures included."

"Exceptionally well. I requested service, the response was within an hour, and the work was completed within 3 days of request. The windows in our home are pristine and the deck looks great! The work ethic was impressive!"

"
  1. I bought this service on April 6th. Initially had trouble getting connected with him.   He had some medical issues which is understandable so was waiting for a week for him to call back.
He told me he could apply varnish to the kitchen cabinets. Started on that but did not look good. Leter he gave up and just did the wall paint touch up for 2 to 3 hours. The money I paid for wall paint touch up was a lot. That was the easy stuff.  I had the paint ready.  That did not need a lot of skill.

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

If you’re DIYing the project, it could take up to a week if you aren’t able to dedicate full-time hours. If you hire a professional and they arrive with a team, expect your stairs to be sanded in as little as 2 hours (for simple projects). Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.

Regular sealing and repainting help maintain the restored surface’s durability.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Because these two systems have different applications, there is no definitive answer to which is better. When working with sturdy materials, sandblasting is cheaper and faster, but more delicate projects require soda blasting. Before choosing either option, consider your specific needs, particularly your ultimate goal (cleaning, removing rust, prepping for painting, etc.), the material, and your budget.
