It smelled nice, it looked nice, when she had cause to move our things to clean better, she took care and organized them better than she had come upon them. I had to cancel twice before we scheduled and Nicolle was very helpful in rescheduling as well as being understanding of our situation. Gretchen was wonderful and I could not recommend her more!
