We had to do a basement build-back after extensive water damage and mold mitigation, including installation of new drywall, texturing, painting, and trim work. Michael responded to my initial call really quickly, and worked around my busy schedule to come out and assess the project. He sent a clear and competitively priced bid within a day or two, and kept a spot open in his schedule for us to begin the project as soon as we wanted. Working with Mike on the initial bid was a really pleasant and no-pressure experience. He talked me through the details to help me understand the scope of the project and time-frame. Likewise, Cory, his associate, has done superlative work on this build back. He has been fast and efficient without sacrificing quality of workmanship. Cory is a master painter, and did a beautiful job in hanging the drywall and making sure the texture and grade matched up perfectly, before painting. Cory is extremely conscientious and explains what he is doing, his timeline, and what is upcoming, so we can plan accordingly. While this seems like a minor detail, this kind of clear communication has been really helpful for our household, as we are a busy one, with a lot of appointments in and out of the home. To know what kind of work he will be doing, and how long it will take has really helped make my life easier. He is also incredibly respectful of space and schedules, and has been unobtrusive and just really pleasant to work with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his craft, and it shows. Everyone who has come into the home has commented on "how much better it looks." Based on the work done so far, I am having Cory do additional projects around the home.
