"They responded quickly to my needs, provided a fair estimate to complete the job and showed up the next day (earlier than they estimated). They had all the equipment and tools required and completed the installation in 2 hours. The plumber did an excellent job, instructed me in the proper operation of the heater. He was very competent and professional. I will hire them again for another plumbing job in the next week."

"I highly recommend Gold Rush Plumbing. Their pricing was highly competitive and their customer service was excellent. Every employee I encountered was polite and treated me with respect, even when I was asking a lot of questions. We had a couple of unexpected twists with the installation of our water heater (not the fault of Gold Rush) and they handled them quickly and went above and beyond with their customer service. "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."
