"The gentleman who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He took time to educate us on our best options and he fully answered all our questions. We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Basset and we highly recommend them for any related home improvement project."

"I just have to say thank you to Clark's mechanical and Corey for the amazing job on my split mini heat/air. Our technician Cory was reliable and expert in his HVAC trade. He had a solution that didn't break the bank literally in five minutes. I'm mean honestly I called about a dozen places just asking them to take a. Look.
