"I just have to say thank you to Clark's mechanical and Corey for the amazing job on my split mini heat/air. Our technician Cory was reliable and expert in his HVAC trade. He had a solution that didn't break the bank literally in five minutes. I'm mean honestly I called about a dozen places just asking them to take a. Look. No, a furnace is not the same thing as an AC, or air conditioner, but these are both parts of an HVAC system. They both use air ducts to transport cool or hot air around your home to achieve a comfortable temperature set by your thermostat. An AC runs on electricity, while a furnace can use different fuel sources.

Both evaporator coils and condenser coils are recyclable and contain valuable, sellable metals such as copper and aluminum. Not only is it more earth-friendly to take them to a local metal recycling facility, but you can also trade them in for cash. Also, once the coils are removed from the system, they won’t have any traces of refrigerant, so you won’t have to arrange for recycling Freon or R-410A unless you’re disposing of the entire AC system.
