This business answered their phone which was greatly appreciated, as other business did not even bother to respond to messages left with their office. Most importantly they followed through and came when they said they would. Excellent integrity and character for those two things alone. As well they solved our issue and completed the job.

Professional friendly technicians arrived early, knew how to adjust boiler for maximum heat, and found the wiring problem to restart boiler. The owner is enthusiastic and personable, So happy to have found the business through HomeAdvisor. Polar Bear Mechanical has become my â go toâ company to maintain my heating system. Such a relief!
