"My furnace went out and cuddly I found myself getting bids for a replacement. I don’t make large purchases without a ton of analysis to ensure the right solution for the best price. I didn’t just have a broken furnace I have air flow issues too as the rooms furthest away never get enough air. I didn’t want to just replace I wanted to solve a 23-year-old problem. Rob was out the same day walking me through options and not over selling just giving me the facts and not pushy. His approach to resolving the air flow made sense and was very conservative as he proposed small low cost/no cost changes we could implement over time after a period of observation with the new system instead of hitting me up front with new dampers etc. up and making significant changes to the air flow. Rob clearly knew what he was talking about and has likely installed himself over the years as many systems as he has sold. There were three other comparable bids and none of them were even close to the value I was to receive from Quality West. These guys don’t look at each install as just another job they take pride in their work, are extremely professional and even have some fun along the way. They were creative in their piping as I upgraded to a two-stage variable speed system that required PVC piping so the ascetics of the piping in and outside of the home mattered to me and they were conscious of that. I would much rather work with a company like these guys that are dependent on referrals instead of doing a bunch of advertising because for them customer satisfaction really matters. This is the reason for this long review as they deserve the recognition and I would highly recommend Rob and his team Bob and Dave."

"Great Job--highly recommended. They installed a gas line extension for my new kitchen range. When I asked for an estimate, they showed up on-time and walked me through the various aspects of my job. Bid was less than competitors and was based on the work to be done and not some set rate for "the standard kitchen range extension job" like other companies. For the job itself, they got in, quickly got to work, adapted the game plan when things turned out a little different than initial expectations, and completed the job on time with a high level of craftsmanship. Both were done this morning in a timely manner. Keith is very competent, takes the time to explain everything, and did an excellent job. Because of Keith I was able to call the gas company and they came out within the hour to address the problem. I highly recommend Keith to anyone needing services. "Highest recommendation for the Aether Mechanical team for our recent boiler replacement--every detail of the experience was managed professionally and expeditiously, and the entire project was completed in one day. Take a bow Nicholas, Ivan, John, and team--virtuoso performance and a first-rate result! Two days after Christmas we woke up to a cold house and a boiler that would not fire up. Aether Mechanical responded at once by phone and Nicholas arrived onsite from Boulder to our house in SE Denver within two hours. Initial assessment indicated a burnt-out igniter. Nicholas replaced that and discovered during fire-up testing that carbon monoxide levels were *way* above acceptable limits. After repeated tests, the unavoidable conclusion was a cracked firebox, necessitating replacement. We reviewed estimates at three price points, selected one, and Nicholas mobilized his team. During a holiday week, working around challenges with HVAC supply house business hours, the team completed the installation entirely the following day. In spite of an expensive but necessary replacement, this has been singularly the best contractor experience I have had in 25 years living in a mid-century modern house that is starting to require more frequent repairs."
