Did a HVAC replacement at a very fair price compared to all the other contractors out there. Kept me up to date on the status of the new unit that had to be ordered and got it installed quickly once it arrived.

Shane was continuously deceptive and evasive about costs He give a scripted line of BS about how they are a small family business and don't up charge. Asked for approval for one amount and the work was started then said it was really $250 more. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

Pacific showed up promptly to help relocate my outdoor heat pump unit by capturing the refrigerant, then recharging when finished with moving the unit. All worked out great.

Shane was upfront about the cost before the technician showed up. The technician was also honest about what really needed to be replaced. My AC unit only needed a capacitor to be replaced. The technician from another company had told me that I also needed a refrigerant refill in addition which made the total price almost three times what I finally ended up paying. I would definitely recommend Pacific Air.

I had the AC person out who had been servicing my AC as well as my mom’s for years and he told me the unit was shot and I needed to replace the whole thing. I called Pacific Air this morning, they came at noon, had it up in running 20 minutes later. Only charged me the service fee. While I am sad about the other guy trying to rip me off, I am so happy I called Pacific Air. An honest, fair, professional company.

I had been chasing an issue with our AC for about a week. Changing filters, cleaning the condenser, changed out the capacitor.. nothing worked so I feared I was in for a huge bill or full replacement. I put in a request for a repair and Shane got back to me within 5 minutes to get some details and schedule next day AM to have them come take a look. It took Ray, their tech, about 30 seconds to diagnose the issue and he got right on it. He had us up and running in under 30 minutes with a bill that was extremely reasonable. Absolutely recommend Pacific Air.

Our central AC is ancient, and we can't afford a replacement. When it broke, we dreaded a summer without air. Shane at Pacific Air understood our situation, assuring us they'd help us get "one more summer." Ray, our hero, arrived. He's professional, expert, and committed. The challenge was immense: finding parts for such an old unit. Ray and Shane tirelessly worked for four days to source the correct, elusive parts. Ray poured so much time and effort into our unit, meticulously bringing it back to life. The result is miraculous! Our old AC now works wonderfully! Shane and Ray provided phenomenal service for a very reasonable price. My AC had a leak in the pipes in my finished ceiling basement so Ray helped route a new line and scrapped the existing line in order to do to the least damage possible. We decided to move my AC unit to a different side of the house too and he did a great job hiding all the pipes along my furnace line so it's not even visible in the room. Everything is now insulated, clean, and tidy and most importantly, MY AC WORKS again. Thank you team for making this happen. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS.

My AC wasn’t cooling the air so I reached out to several companies. I had an initial diagnostic with a different company who said I absolutely needed to replace the entire unit. After that I spoke with Shane at Pacific Air Inc who sent Ray over within 30 minutes who was able to diagnose the real problem and get it up and running without a full replacement in under 30 minutes. Apart from the solid and quick work they did, I really admired the honesty and transparency, and showing me the problem and what they are doing to fix it. Very friendly and stand up guys.
