They showed up early and were done in about an hour, including toilet removal, new toilet installation, and all clean up. Talk about pleasant surprises! They even checked another faucet for me and refused to let me pay extra for their time to take a look at it. They were super polite, wore booties and masks inside, and explained everything they did. Almost forgot to mention that the price was very reasonable. They're my new go-to guys. Highly recommend."

Each time we had an issue, Jess came out promptly and fixed everything. He is always friendly and helpful. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
