"Wilmar and Frankie did an excellent job in replacing the flange of my toilet and the pipe underneath. I could not find a match of the linoleum around the toilet. I don't even know how Fankie managed to cut the old squares so well that they could be reinstalled. He jack hammered the concrete slab underneath in a way to minimize the dust. Wilmar and Frankie covered the floor, they wore their masks, they were very pleasant to deal with, friendly, patiently explained procedures and cleaned up afterwards. I already gave my work colleagues Wilmar's number. I recommend Wilmar's service."

"We thought we needed just our washer drain unclogged so we called the company that had fixed that before, you guys. Guys came out. Under the house they discovered rusted sewer lines. When we had our plumbing redone years ago, the company who did those did not remove the old lines. Those old lines were up against the sewer lines and were corroding our sewer lines. So we had to replace the sewer lines. A broken line just before the city line was discovered so we had to replace that too. Anyhow, we so appreciated the kind workers who smiled and waved at us. They worked around our water schedule as we have a physically disabled adult son we care for. They let us watch all the things they had to do. I took pictures and the guys were fine with that. My brand new front yard was not ruined by trenchless sewer system that went in. And my yard looks like we never had sewer lines done. It was amazing. Yes, we would recommend you to all."

"Plastic pipe cracked, and shower/toilets were slowly draining. Chandler’s crew replaced cracked portion with temporary pipe so bathrooms and sinks can be used again the next day. They replaced the old plastic pipe with a more flexible material and also changed out the old clay main pipe. It took about 3 days to repipe, and cemented back the driveway and walkway where the problem pipe originated. The results looked so professionally done, and love the fact that their work is lifetime guaranteed. I would use them again, as well as highly recommend!"

"I rarely feel moved to write a review, but definitely felt the need to write one for In & Out Plumbing for their top notch service!  I called in the morning to set up an appointment for an estimate,  and they squeezed me into their schedule just a few hours later.  My problems were: (1) a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, (2) a clogged bathroom sink, and (3) extremely loud and abrasive noise of unknown cause emanating from the garbage disposal.  Manny showed up on time.  He spent just a few minutes inspecting each of the issues I pointed out, and fixed each one in mere seconds.  He was friendly and worked quickly.  Very competent.  To my pleasant surprise, he did not charge me for his time -- talk about building up goodwill!  I will not hesitate to call In & Out Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues I have in the future!  Thank you In & Out Plumbing!"
