The work performed was professional and immaculate. Karol and his crew came in to install laminate flooring as I was about to start moving in. The flooring in three rooms came out gorgeous. I approached Karol with a plea of help. I explained the situation with the three rooms that had old carpeting. The previous tenants had dogs that destroyed the carpets and closets. Karol came in with his crew and performed a miracle. The rooms look brand new and the closets refinished to a state where I have lots of room for my clothing. "Our potfiller kitchen faucet began to leak at the wall. Great reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor prompted us to contact Plumbtree Plumbing. Their online appointment facility was very easy to use; an appointment was secured for the same afternoon. A very professional, courteous, and personable plumber, Bruce, diagnosed the problem and made an expert repair for a reasonable cost. We were very pleased. Bruce was genuinely concerned about our home's plumbing. Without any sales pressure at all, he and his equally expert associate, Matthew, made an inspection of our water pipes and discovered three issues: 1) the "water shutoff valve" at the base of the house was actually a gas shutoff valve!, and 2) a number of our water pipes were galvanized pipe instead of the desired/required copper pipe. While under the house, Matthew spotted issue # 3) and photographed it: one of our heating ducts had become disconnected, thus pumping hot air into the crawlspace! So, we are having Plumbtree Pumping come back to make a thorough estimate to correct items 1) and 2). (And our HVAC people will fix item 3)!) Please strongly consider using Plumbtree Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!"
