Called Santiago remodeling due to a leak in the bathroom. After inspection he noted that the Sewer Pipes were leaking underneath the house. It turned out to be a major job. Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. I never in my life received any thing like that from other contractors and I have used several in the past. I give 5 stars for this company

Jose and his team are wonderful! Absolutely love the tapestries they put up on my vaulted ceilings.

He charged me $350 to fix my toilet, which had a tissue stock in the pipe.It worked for one day, then water started to flow out again. now, he is saying your bath tub was plugged in and this issue was a lie. I needed my toilet to be fixed. I agreed and he spent 30 minutes and ran a snake into my toilet and charged me a total of $1050. For one hour of work.
