Our water tank sprung a leak on a Monday, and Facilities Plumbing & Drain gave me a quote and finished the work on Tuesday (only 24 hours without hot water!). The cost was in the range of other quotes I got (not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, and they installed a top end Rinnai unit). Given the quality of people I interacted with, the work product, and how quickly they got the job done, I would say I got very good value for the price I paid. I would definitely hire them again."
