Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. He came with his colleague Freddie the next day and did a thoroughly professional job, installing the new floor drain pipe, a new floor fitting for the toilet including a new concrete collar, and a replacement toilet all in one day. He was scrupulously clean, efficient, and we were amazed that he could accomplish this in a single day.
