He took measurements of the gutters and drove down to Home Depot and bought the right amount of screens, he previously suggested not to spend extra money and install screens that were not needed.

He gave me an estimate before he started the job and charged me fairly because it took longer to get the job done.

They framed the walls, added a sliding door closet, a bedroom door, an electrical outlet and light/fan switches, and installation in new walls. They did a very professional quality job!
