"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. "We hired Frankie and his crew to convert our loft into a bedroom. They framed the walls, added a sliding door closet, a bedroom door, an electrical outlet and light/fan switches, and installation in new walls. They did a very professional quality job! All the framing and walls were straight, doors fit snugly, walls were textured and painted to match existing. They worked all day every day until the job was completed. At the end of every single day they spent time vacuuming and cleaning up all areas that had debris. Everyone on Frankie's crew was very respectful, friendly, and accommodating. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. "You get what you pay for folks - it is that simple. I needed help with what sounded to be a simple job (install a dog door) but I knew wasn't (was going in where an existing dog door was located - but not the same size/construction). My husband and I are pretty aggressive about tackling home repairs on our own, but this was certainly out of our league and would have been botched by your average guy. Frank showed up on time, loved the dog, did an outstanding job and worked with me to keep the job within my budget. Once we got into it, the project was going to take a lot more time than I had anticipated. To make it work, we agreed that I would take on the work to "make it pretty" if he tackled the stuff I wasn't so confident about (framing, plastering, stucco repair, install of new door/device) and it worked out great. After seeing what Frank through to get it installed, I know we made the right choice - this needed a true pro and that is what we got. Everything was clean, the workmanship was excellent and Frank was a pleasure. It helped that I had materials here ready for him to use and had talked through the project carefully with the manager. All in all, for those annoying projects that go beyond our skill set, I know I'll call again."
