"I recently purchased my first home with issues. TME Construction was hired to repair leaking windows and a cinder block wall. Tony and his crew arrived 30 minutes early and started working immediately. They checked to see if the windows were installed correctly and they were. Then all the windows were sealed. My wonderful dog knocked over a cinder block off the top of a block wall fence (low fence big dog). They repaired the block wall and today you would never know it ever happened. Tony made sure that my wonderful dog could never knock down the cinder block again! My side gate was broken and Tony fixed it for me which was not included in my service request nor did I ask. That was awesome! Tony and his crew went above and beyond and I am so fortunate that I found his company! I highly recommend TME Construction. I had two other estimates for this job but the fact that I had the ceramic picture made me question how they said they were going to work with that. Felipe was able to take the felt off the back of it and not damage it. The entire project took 3 1/2 days. My wall was not perfectly flat as is the case with most walls so the time it took to get all the tiles lined up right was tedious. I really wanted to make sure that I hired someone who knew what he was doing mainly because of the picture. Felipe knows his craft and is very meticulous about his work. He had a helper with him every day and I saw how much time it saved from start to finish.

They prepped the area very well to protect the floor and furniture, and made sure to clean up every day before leaving. Because of the need for the grout and then the sealer to dry there was no way to lessen the time necessary to do the job. The senior community I live in does not allow work to be done after 5:00pm but Felipe would be here until then to get as much done as he could. There was approximately 44 sq. ft. of wall that was tiled.

My neighbors stopped by and were very impressed, asking me for his name and number. Actually one of them is hiring him to do some outdoor tile installation.

Felipe is very professional and easy to work with. What sets him apart is that he does not cut corners, he does it right. I always believe you get what you pay for so if you want quality work Felipe is your guy.

"We hired Frankie and his crew to convert our loft into a bedroom. They framed the walls, added a sliding door closet, a bedroom door, an electrical outlet and light/fan switches, and installation in new walls. They did a very professional quality job! All the framing and walls were straight, doors fit snugly, walls were textured and painted to match existing. They worked all day every day until the job was completed. "I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"Derek, the owner of Local Home Services, Inc, did an outstanding job for me. I would definitely hire him again in the future. He installed a new LED flourescent light over my kitchen sink in my apartment (something I had been wanting for over a year. He also installed a new switch in my art studio so and a new overhead light fixture that can now be turned on without flickering. He made several trips to Home Depot to find just the right light to install in the middle of the ceiling. In addition, he installed a file closet room. Now I don't have to stand on a chair in the dark to look for things. The total cost for labor and materials was just $492.50. What a deal I highly recommend this company. Ideal, a very good hard working man.

He knew exactly to perform the job, had better ideas on how to do the job than I did.

He took measurements of the gutters and drove down to Home Depot and bought the right amount of screens, he previously suggested not to spend extra money and install screens that were not needed.

He gave me an estimate before he started the job and charged me fairly because it took longer to get the job done.
