Mario could not tell what the problem was and said he would come back out when it rained again. He did come back and did not charge me for the return trip since it was within a 30-day window of his last visit. He went beyond the call of duty and brought with him a contractor who works with him on roof projects to see if he could figure out the leak. Mario diagnosed the problem (or what he thought was the problem). I am back to needing a roofer but no one is returning my calls. In any event, Mario was very nice, professional, worked hard and was well priced. I will call him again when I need my air conditioner serviced."
