I was grossly overcharged for a very straightforward HVAC repair. The issue involved replacing a basic starting component?something that costs no more than $10 at retail. Even accounting for labor, a fair high-end estimate would have been around $100?$150. Instead, I was charged $700 for this basic service.
This kind of pricing is exploitative and feels like highway robbery. It's clear they took advantage of the situation rather than providing an honest service. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs?there are far more reputable HVAC providers who won't take advantage of customers.

He arrived in half an hour and did all his work really quick, he found the problem and repaired in the spot, i will definitely recommend him not only for his work experience but also for his professionalism. They were able to send someone out the same day to assess the job and it was completed the following day. I was more interested in getting the job done right away than in comparison shopping for best price, so I donâ t know how their price compares to others. Customer service in their office was very pleasant and efficient, except they charged my card for both initial and final payments when I had told them that the card was only for the initial payment and that I would pay by check for the remainder. I would definitely consider using them again. Next time if job is less urgent, I would shop for a good price, but if A1rKare Pros price is in same ballpark as others, Iâ d choose them.

The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I had a service window scheduled for 5pm-7pm and by 6:30pm no one had called to update me that the technician was extremely busy and got delayed, so the technician wasn't going to be able to come out until the next morning. I understand being very busy during a heat wave, I just wish someone would have kept me updated so I knew what to expect.

This was a repair on our rental property so I was not there when the work was done. I can say they came out the day I called to assess the job and returned the next day, a Saturday, to do the work. That impressed me greatly. It will take the passage of some time to tell whether the work quality and value come out at the high end of the scale, but as of now everything appears to be on track. I should also say that both the office and the technician kept me informed as the job transpired. I can recommend this company to anyone.
