Goldstar AC and Heating is well named. I woke up Sunday morning to find my very old wall heater would not turn on and the thermostat not working. It was an emergency since I was due to go to the hospital the next day. Alex from Goldstar was the first pro to respond to my request and said they could send someone on Monday. When I asked if it was possible to send someone on Sunday, after a brief hold, said that one of his team members would be on their way in an hour. Stan arrived and quickly assessed the problem, explained and showed me pictures of what parts needed to be replaced. New thermostat and ignitor was needed. They even gave me a 10% discount as a first time customer. Stan worked quickly and completed the job to my extreme satisfaction. What could have been an ordeal that took away precious time to prepare for surgery was handled in record time. From first contact with a call to project completion was less than three hours. I can't thank Alex and Stan enough for their efficient and professional service. Definitely hire this company if you are in need of AC and heating pros. I will use them again hands down!
