Had them do 2 units on my property. The first one was great, the pre team is great, and the guys who actually do the work. After the 2nd one, where I chose the more expensive option to get a Mitsubishi Heat Pump, the unit would not turn the fan on some of the time. I told them, and wasted insane amounts of time. They kept saying things like 'I am trying to understand what doesn't work.' 'Pretty simple, you choose to run the fan to simply circulate the air and the icon goes, Nest thinks it is on, but does not go on.' Then they said they were going to have a Mitsubishi tech come out and for sure it would get resolved. Never happened. Just listened to a book on Benjamin Franklin and he and John Adams had to share a bed one time while traveling and Adams went to close the window and Franklin said this place will be a tomb if you do. That was what 250 years ago? and HVAC is their business? Guess I will have to take them to court. The office staff post job is a clown car of silly children. So if your job goes great, they will be a good choice. If you run into an issue you will wish you hired ANYONE else. You've been warned.

Service was great and pricing very competitive. Nick Knuth was very knowledgeable when he came to do an assessment of the work to be done, and answered all my questions I'm a very clear way. The techs worked pretty quickly and efficiently when installing the new unit. Deisy and Emma from the office always made sure that things were taken care of and went above and beyond with follow-ups and updates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I highly recommend Belle Air Services! From the first moment I called to get a quote, to the moment they finished the job, I could not have asked for better customer service, top notch work, and competitive pricing. They communicated with me all throughout the process, made sure I understood everything that would be done, were on time, protected my home and were clean. They even worked very well with my HOA (who is very tough!). And to top it off, they didn't try to up-sell me as other HVAC contractors have in the past. So pleased that I have found this HVAC company!!

Excellent service! Efficient, professional and awesome customer service. Cost was better than other companies offering the same unit and they also took care of required permits. There were extra processes they completed without charge and my new AC works great!
