"They came in last year and installed the requested water heater. The contractor offered pvc drainage plumbing to lead away from the crawl space and cut a hole in the crawl space entrance vent. A bit tacky and a nuisance to undo when entering the crawl space, but hey, it was a free upgrade and I guess I can’t complain. Thank you for the professionalism and the heater is working amazing. Very well installed and area was cleaned when you finished."

"They really are 'good guys'! Not only did they fix the problem (our sump pump stopped working), but they were very honest with us about it. They could have tried to sell us a new sump pump, but they took the old one out (which really isn't very old), and they repaired it right there on the spot. They also made some changes in the pipe that it was connected to (shortened and repositioned it) so the problem wouldn't happen again. We've actually used them again since this initial experience and they were just as great. They're reasonably priced and I highly recommend them."

"Albano's Plumbing & Drain are good. They are fairly close and I have called them a couple of times. I was remodeling my bath and they moved some stuff around. I had some other people coming for plumbing and they didn't put the stuff in the right place, so I used Albano's to put everything in the right place and then I used them to install my vent over the stove just because they were here. I found out it's better to do business with the local people, they were responsive and professional. I thought if I am upset with them then I can go and bang on their doors.
